  • PCB Assembly

    Printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) is one of our core services. From multi-layered to flexible printed circuit boards, SYC is your one-stop shop for printed circuit board assembly, testing, and commodity sourcing of boards and other material services.

    Our global manufacturing facilities are fully equipped with state-of-the-art testing and verification equipment. Finished PCB Assemblies are checked for proper component placement and functionality with a variety of methods including AOI Inspection, In-Circuit testing, and X-Ray inspection.

  • Quality assurance

    Our fully trained operators are skilled in assembling a wide range of incredibly complex boards to the highest quality. We work to industry standard IPC-A-610 Class 3, so you can feel confident your projects are in safe hands with our specialist team.

    All PCBs we manufacture are also inspected using the latest 3D automatic optical inspection (AOI) technology to provide assurance of circuit functionality.

  • Plastic Injection Molding

    Our plastic injection molding equipment includes 55 horizontal presses, ranging from 45 tons to 500 tons, and five vertical insert molding machines, ranging from 45 tons to 150 tons. Many of the production cells are automated and employ robotic and vision systems to maximize efficiencies and ensure superior part quality. We work closely with our customers to simplify the manufacturing process, eliminate secondary operations and costs, and improve the integrity of the product.
